Fire Detection and Evacuation Systems
We can Design, Install and Maintain a Fire Detection or Evacuation System for you. Fire Detection Systems are an essential tool for the early detection of a fire within your business. A Fire Detection System interfaced with an Evacuation System provides adequate warning to your customers and staff that there is an emergency situation onsite. We also install and maintain domestic or hard-wired detectors within smaller facilities.
Exit & Emergency Lighting
Exit and Emergency lighting is required in the majority of commercial buildings. Not only do they provide notification of the building exits, they provide battery powered lighting in the event of a power failure. Emergency Lights are generally installed in hallways, public areas and on paths of egress to provide additional lighting to assist with the evacuation of the building.
Hose Reels and Hydrants
Fire Hose Reels are a valuable source of water to extinguish a Class A (Wood, Paper & Textiles) Fire. Hose Reels can be used by trained personnel to extinguish a small fire quickly before it gets out of hand.
Fire Hydrants are primarily installed for the use of the Fire Service to connect their equipment to. Fire Hydrants can also be connected to booster pumps to ensure a constant flow of water to the Fire Service’s equipment. Fire Hydrants are an invaluable source of water and if positioned correctly can make it easier for fire-fighters to control the fire. All Hose Reels and Hydrants need to be checked every 6 months and a flow test carried out every 12 months.
Portable Fire Equipment Sales & Service
We stock a full range of Fire Extinguishers and Fire Blankets. We can provide you with our expert knowledge to select the right equipment for your business situation. In accordance with the Australian Standards a Fire Extinguisher needs to be serviced every 6 months. Once the Extinguisher is 5 years old (and subsequently every 5 years after that), it must be Internally Inspected and Pressure Tested. Also Extinguishers must be refilled and serviced after being used, no matter if you only use a little bit or the whole Extinguisher is emptied.

Emergency & Evacuation Plans
Emergency & Evacuation Plans are an essential item within a business facility. They provide direction and instructions to the occupants of a building in the event of an emergency situation occurring. Emergency Plans provide information about fire protection equipment locations, dangerous goods stored onsite, designated exits from the building and many more essential items of information that may be needed in emergency situations. We will design a custom-made emergency plan specific to your workplace.
All Customers receive a Certificate of Inspection on request to provide to their local council as part of their Annual Fire Safety Statement.
